Hi, I'm Alex Mitic, a qualified personal trainer and the founder of AMFIT.
I work with clients of all fitness levels, helping them build strength, improve confidence, and achieve long-term results through structured training and realistic lifestyle habits.
AMFIT is currently online-based, allowing me to coach clients anywhere, while still providing fully personalised training plans, regular check-ins, and ongoing support.
In-gym personal training is planned for the near future.
My coaching is simple, effective, and built around what actually works — consistency, proper training, and accountability.
