The AM Fitness Journey
A few years ago I was 100kg and probably in the worst shape of my life but at the time I saw nothing wrong with it. I was on and off in the gym and didn't care about what I was eating or drinking.
I moved away in 2023, stopped playing sport and went full time in the gym. I started eating better, went on a few runs and saw some results but nothing major.
2024-2025 I wanted to see what I can actually do if I really monitored what I ate, drank and how I exercised. Today I'm 80kg and in the best shape of my life physically and mentally, while still enjoying a cheat meal here and there 🤫
It doesn't come overnight. It took a lot of discipline and experimenting with my mind and body to achieve this but I've learned a lot about health and fitness over the last few years and I'm still learning. I changed my habits, kept myself accountable and consistent. Now I'm here to help you do the same.
